Saudi Arabia approves a cultural understanding with Iraq

Shafaq News / The Saudi Cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation with Iraq.

 This came in the online session, chaired by the country's King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and held by the cabinet yesterday, Tuesday.

The cabinet touched on the joint statement issued by the energy ministers of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq, after they reviewed the recent developments in the global oil markets and the ongoing recovery in the global economy, who also stressed their full commitment to the OPEC+ agreement.

The cabinet approved an agreement between the Saudi government and the Saudi Arabian Chevron Company, as well as a memorandum of understanding for cultural cooperation between the Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities in Iraq.
