CBI sales in the currency auction climbs +1.92%

Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) auctioned $212 million in foreign currency today, Thursday.

Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that CBI's sales of foreign currency in today's auction amounted to $212,700,300, up by 1.92% compared to Sunday $208,818,808.

Our correspondent explained that 10 banks and 24 exchange companies cashed $48.520 million, while the $164,180,300 went to boost funds abroad in the form of credit and non-cash transactions, with 35 banks meeting those demands.
