Basrah crudes rise with a global surge

Iraq’s Basrah crude rose on Thursday, climbing 0.51% in step with gains across global oil markets.
Basrah Heavy crude reached $59.65 per barrel, and Basrah Medium crude advanced 0.49%, reaching $62.10 per barrel.
Brent crude futures rose 9 cents, or 0.14%, to $65.33 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures increased 13 cents, or 0.21%, to $60.75.
