Basrah crudes drop with global downturn

Iraq’s Basrah crude edged lower on Thursday, tracking a global decline in oil markets.
Basrah Heavy crude fell by 2.15% to $63.34 per barrel, while Basrah Medium dropped by 2.09% to $65.19 per barrel.
Brent crude futures fell 40 cents, or 0.46%, to $64.62 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures dropped 31 cents, or 0.51%, to $60.17.
