Basrah crudes drop, counter to global oil price increase

Shafaq News/ On Thursday, Basrah crude oil prices edged lower, despite the global rise in oil prices.
Basrah Heavy crude decreased by 65 cents to $66.07 per barrel, and Basrah Medium crude by 65 cents, reaching $69.07 per barrel.
Brent crude futures for November were up 40 cents, or 0.6% at $71.01 a barrel at 0330 GMT. US crude futures for October were up 32 cents, or 0.5%, at $67.63 a barrel.
