Basrah crude prices drop as global oil markets decline

Shafaq News/ Basrah crude prices fell on Thursday, tracking a global decline in oil prices.
Basrah Heavy crude dropped by 32 cents, or 0.44%, to settle at $71.71 per barrel, while Basrah Medium crude declined by the same amount, reaching $74.77 per barrel.
Brent crude fell $1.91 to $73.04 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude slipped $1.97 to $69.74 per barrel.
