Basra crude: the heavy closes higher, and the light drops
Shafaq News / Basra heavy crude oil prices closed higher, while the light crude declined, At dawn today, Saturday.
Basra light oil exports to Asia dropped to $62.87 a barrel by $0.48, or 0.76%, compared to last Thursday, while Basra heavy crude oil prices recorded $ 60.38 a barrel, a rise of 0.37%.
The Saudi Arabian Light scored $62.58 a barrel, while the Emirati Murban scored $61.37 a barrel, followed by the Algerian Saharan blend at $61.63 a barrel, Nigerian Bonny Light at $61.55, and Angola's Girrasol at $62.43.
International crude prices decreased yesterday, with Brent crude closing at $63.01 and US West Texas crude at $59.34.
