7 oil-producing provinces agree to demand parliament to return the government budget

"A lawsuit will be filed against the Ministry of Finance , which reduced revenues of petrodollars , considering the second amendment to the law of provincial councils unorganized by a province No. 21 of 2008, which calculated five dollars in revenue for the petrodollar is still valid and wasn’t appealed “.
