Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) shot down a US MQ-9 drone over the southern province of Hormozgan, the group said on Friday.
The Aerospace Force downed the drone “using an advanced air defense system operating under Iran’s integrated air defense network.”
The statement did not provide further details.
