More than 100 Israeli airstrikes on Wednesday hit multiple areas across Lebanon, including Beirut and its suburbs, southern regions, and the Beqaa Valley, killing around 200, according to Lebanese media.

The Lebanese government has yet to comment.

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee claimed that the strikes targeted about 100 Hezbollah sites within 10 minutes across several regions, describing it as the largest attack since the start of “Operation Roaring Lion.”

Israeli media, citing a military source, said the campaign is part of a broader operation dubbed “Eternal Darkness.”
