Covid-19 infections have been recorded in more than 210 countries and regions since the first discovered in China in December 2019.

•             The United States topped the list with 163000 fatalities, and 5 million cases.

•             Brazil came in second place with more than 100 thousand fatalities, and more than 3 million cases.

•             Mexico ranks the third with more than 52 thousand fatalities and more than 4.8 million cases

•             Britain registered 47000 fatalities and more than 312 thousand cases

•             India ranked third with more than 44 thousand fatalities and 2.2 million cases.

•             Italy ranks the sixth with more than 35 thousand fatalities and 250 thousand cases.

•             France recorded more than 30 thousand fatalities and more than 235 thousand  cases

•             Spain followed France with more than 28 thousand fatalities and  more than 314 thousand

 Cases

•             Peru ranks the ninth with more than 21 thousand fatalities and about 480 thousand cases.

Meanwhile, Iran which is experiencing a second wave of the Corona virus which has infected about 326,000 cases and led to 18500 fatalities have been recorded.
