Peshmerga and Defense ministries to start talks today

Shafaq News / A Peshmerga delegation has arrived today Tuesday in Baghdad to meet with officials in Ministry of Defense.

The delegation will discuss three main issues within the governorates of Kirkuk, Diyala and Nineveh, the first is forming a coordination center, second is establishing joint defense, and thirdly is implementing military operations against ISIS.
