Shafaq News / Kirkuk Governorate Police Command announced today that two people had been arrested under Article 4 of terrorism.
A statement by the Controls and External Roads Affairs Department in the Kirkuk Police stated, "after checking the names of those entering the Kirkuk governorate in the database on Friday, the Control Division was able to arrest two people wanted under Article 4 of terrorism."
