Shafaq News / A security source stated that an attack had been thwarted on Friday in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "An improvised explosive device had been planted by unknown men in Al-Zafaraniyah area, south of Baghdad."
The anti-explosive team dismantled the device, without causing any injuries.
