Shafaq News / The National Security agency thwarted today, in Kirkuk, an attempt to smuggle oil tanks and about 400 gas cylinders, the Security Media Call reported. 

The Call said in a statement that based on accurate intelligence information, the National Security agency's units managed to seize seven tanks loaded with white oil, and a vehicle carrying 400 gas cylinders. 

The statement noted that nine perpetrators were arrested upon judicial approval.
