Al-Kadhimi implemented only 17% of his government program, parliamentary report reveals

Shafaq News / A parliamentary report revealed that Al-Kadhimi has only implemented 17% of the government program he presented during the government's formation.

The report indicated that Al-Kadhimi did not explain his government program nor identified the time needed for implementing it.
