Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) auctioned more than $184 million in foreign currency today, Thursday.

Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that CBI's sales of foreign currency in today's auction amounted to $184,601,540, 3.95% above Wednesday's $177,104,384.

Our correspondent explained that 12 banks and 211 exchange companies cashed $50.17 million, while the $134,431,540 went to boost funds abroad in the form of credit and non-cash transactions, with 22 banks meeting those demands.
