Iraq’s Basrah crude oil slipped in Friday’s session.
Basrah Heavy Crude closed the last session with a 37-cent decrease at $59.62, marking a weekly loss of 75 cents, equivalent to 1.24%.
Basrah Medium Crude closed the session down 37 cents at $61.37 but still posted a weekly gain of 3 cents, or 0.05%.
Brent futures edged up 49 cents, or 0.8%, to $63.75 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) advanced 41 cents, or 0.7%, to $60.08.
