Security reinforcements to Basra after Iranian pilgrims attempted to cross the borders

Shafaq News / An official security source in Basra governorate said on Friday that security reinforcements had been dispatched to Shalemcheh border crossing, in anticipation of any incursion by the Iranian pilgrims.

 The source told Shafaq News agency that security reinforcement forces have been sent to Shalemcheh border crossing in anticipation of any breach of the Iraqi-Iranian borders in the governorate of Basra after a group of Iranian citizens attempted to storm the port from the Iranian side.
