Officers detained because of a “cup of tea”
Shafaq News / A security source told Shafaq News agency that a military commander of the Marine Brigade, Colonel Ali Abdul Karim Shaher, ordered detaining officers of the first patrol at the Umm Qasr Naval Base because he was not given a cup of tea after he returned with the boat crew from Basra port to the base.

No further details were disclosed.
