Shafaq News / The Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety in Iraq took, on Saturday, new decisions to confront Corona virus pandemic, the most prominent of which is related to the vaccine.
The Supreme Committee decided, according to government media, "not to receive visitors from any country in the world."
The committee stressed "the necessity to purchase 20% of the first guaranteed vaccine approved in accordance with the directives of the World Health Organization," noting that "Iraq is pursuing a partnership with China and the UAE to develop and benefit from the Chinese vaccine."
In the Last August, the Iraqi Ministry of Health recorded about 110,525 cases of Corona virus, with a daily rate of about 3563 cases, while last July, it registered 74,830 cases.
