Iraq’s Federal Integrity Commission said on Tuesday that authorities caught an Education Ministry employee receiving a bribe from a citizen in exchange for completing paperwork.
The suspect was referred to a judge at Al-Rusafa Investigation Court, which handles integrity, money laundering, and economic crime cases.
