Iraq’s Integrity Commission arrested two former heads of Al-Khidhir Municipality in Al-Muthanna province on Sunday over alleged encroachment on state-owned property, an informed source told Shafaq News.
The operation also resulted in the arrest of four municipal employees on the same charges, the source added.
