Shafaq News / China announced the death of 13 people with the emerging corona virus (Covid-19) on Monday, compared to 14 deaths on Sunday, while only one infection was reported in Hubei Province, the epicenter of the outbreak.

According to the Chinese health authorities, death toll has risen across China to 3,226 people, including 3,111 in Hubei Province alone, by the end of Monday, since the outbreak began last December.

China reported an increase in the number of new corona virus patients, and announced 21 new infections by the end of March 16, up from only 16 cases on Sunday.

But the irony is that Hubei Province, the epicenter of the epidemic worldwide, has seen the lowest number of infections since Monday, the only one in 24 hours, down from four on Sunday.

But the province recorded the death of 12 people on Monday, among the 13 deaths across China from the virus, compared to 14 Sunday in Hubei Province.

The emerging Corona virus (Covid-19), which has been declared a global pandemic, continues to record deaths and infections around the world and major repercussions.

More than 181 thousand infections were recorded and 7138 deaths from the virus in at least 142 countries as of Monday evening.
