Shafaq News/ The US forces conducted today, Saturday, a patrol in the Southern Countryside of Derik in the far north-east of Syria.
Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that the patrol consisted of four armored vehicles accompanied by two helicopters.
The patrol took off from Robarya agricultural airfield, which is used by the US-led Coalition as an airstrip, and toured the northern countryside of Derik.
