Putin appoints a new ambassador to Baghdad
Shafaq News / The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, exempted today the Russian ambassador to Baghdad, Maksim Maksimov, from his official duties.
Under another decree, Putin appointed Elbrus Kotrashev as Russia's new ambassador to the Iraqi capital.
