Unidentified attackers fired two rockets at a Chinese company carrying out the largest water complex project in Maysan province, southern Iraq, a security source told Shafaq News on Wednesday.
The attack targeted the company’s site in Al-Maimouna district, causing only material damage with no casualties reported.
Security forces opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
