Iraqi F-16 fighter jets have not been moved abroad, a security source told Shafaq News on Thursday, refuting recent reports.
Several Arab media outlets had claimed the jets were being relocated, specifically to Jordan, under a US-Iraqi arrangement. The source confirmed that the aircraft remain at Balad air base in Iraq's Saladin province.
