, specifically Failis, reminding that the Turkish prime minister has paid attention to the people of his nationalism in Iraq.

The Turkish Prime Minister , Ahmet Davutoglu visited Baghdad and Erbil on Thursday , and what is interesting is that Oglu has devoted the platform of the visit to meetings with members of the Turkmen component, considering it as a priority in the visit ceremony at the presence of three Iraqi Turkmen officials.

Commenting on the visit, Willy said, "Despite the importance of the visit and the density task meetings and time constraints, but that the head of the Turkish government did not forget to pay special attention to the component of the Turkmen in Iraq and the performance of national duty towards them and meeting them through officials or even heading a special site displaced Turkmens" .

He explained that "these things carry important moral aspects for the Turkmen and certainly increase their adherence to their nationality when they see the Prime Minister of Turkey make meeting them important as well as discussing ISIS crisis and economic, political and security issues."

Faili added "in contrast and sadly , I mention all parties in Kurdistan, without exception as they continue to neglect the Kurds outside the region , specifically Failis. I Do not remember a day allocated for any Kurdish delegation during their visit to Baghdad, even 5 minutes to meet with their compatriots or visit their areas."

"With the advance of the intensification of the crisis between Baghdad of a sectarian character and Kurdistan of a National with all good people and convergence attempts , no one called Failis for assistance or took them as mediators. Who have (Shiite sectarian and Kurdish nationalist) nature ,Wouldn’t be smart to take Faili personalities to visit Baghdad and involve them in meetings and what it has of positive psychology for vulnerable and marginalized citizens from this segment? but that was added to the rack neglect and continuous forgetfulness. "

Faili talked also about the visit of the Turkish prime minister, "Davutoglu who gave a clear message, the sons of the Turkmen nationalism in Iraq are at risk of neglect and their importance is parallel to Ankara’s external national situation."

Ali al-Faili concluded, "I am still waiting for the moment where the national feeling among Faili Kurds would be raised in Baghdad and the Kurds outside the region to the highest levels. As the presence of Kurdish ministers and officials in Baghdad did not carry anything that mention their compatriots (Failis), it is a fact that I say to our people, I do not have any explanation for this neglect. From my part, I apologize to Failis as Turkmen of Iraq have Turkey and they are the winners. "
