Shafaq News / The Directorate of Sulaymaniyah Water Department announced on Monday the stop in pumping water to Dokan dam, one of the largest dams in Kurdistan Region.

The Directorate said in a statement to Shafaq news that due to the sinking of a young man in Dokan River so it was decided to stop pumping water to the dam in order to find the body, explaining that the distribution of water from projects number 1 and 2 of Dokan Dam to Sulaymaniyah will stop today from 4:00 am until 4 pm
