Shafaq News/ Six members of the Islamic State were killed in an attack on the security forces in Diyala.

"Six terrorists were killed by the 3rd Battalion, 47th Brigade, 5th Division, where this terrorist group attempted to attack the above regiment, but our forces managed to besiege them and kill them all after engaging with them," the cell said in a statement received by Shafaq News.

The statement added that "it was found that they were four suicide bombers wearing explosive belts, including the so-called journalist of Diyala state, where his camera was found in Kara Tapa area in Diyala province."
