“The people of Anbar and the rest of areas must not help terrorists and must report on them ,”Sadr responded to a question on events in Anbar province , briefed by " Shafaq News ".
Sadr called on the army to “let the cities and civilians avoid the scourge of war as everyone are your brothers and sons”.
Sadr also called on human rights and international organizations to conduct their humanitarian duties towards the people in Anbar .
The Iraqi Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki has ordered at the end of last month , the withdrawal of the Iraqi army from Anbar and demanded to hand over the management of these cities to the local and federal police, but he changed his mindafterwards.
Combat troops backed by air support have launched since days , large-scale of military operation in the desert areas of Anbar, an extension of the borders of Syria and Jordan against the strongholds of al-Qaeda after killing a number of military commanders.
But militants of those organizations have moved to the cities of the province after events have evolved because of the lifting sit-in tents and the arrest of MP Ahmed al-Alwani and killing his brother, which made security chaos and anger by some tribes , as Anbar province is still witnessing continues clashes since then.
