"They claim that (State of law ) is able to pass the budget without a majority of the Kurds , but for several sessions they could not complete the quorum of the sessions ."
"The federal budget can’t be passed without reference and compatibility with the Kurds ,” he added.
The parliament has formed yesterday, a quadripartite committee to discuss solutions between the federal government and Kurdistan Regional Government in relation to the financial budget for the current year.
The delay in approving the annual budget of the state in spite of entering the country in the fourth month of the new year ; due to differences between the political blocs prevented its approval , which is one of the most prominent problems between the federal government and Kurdistan Regional Government .
The Parliament has formed a tripartite committee of Chairman of the Finance Committee and the parliamentary leader of the State of law coalition, Haider al-Abadi , head of Kurdistan Alliance , Fuad Masum , as well as the leader in al- Iraqiya List, Adnan al-Janabi in order to contain the crisis on the dispute over the budget law .
The president of the parliamentary Finance Committee , Haider Abadi announced later the " failure " of the Committee to reach any results .
