to mediate between the governments of the Region and federal Kurdistan for the purpose of reaching an agreement to determine the amount of oil exported from Kurdistan and included in the general budget for the current year to vote on it.

A statement for the presidency of the parliament received by “Shafaq News" , mentioned that “ the Presidency held on Monday a meeting of the heads of blocs to discuss the federal budget .

The statement added that after extensive discussions on the importance of approving the budget as soon as possible , it was decided to entrust the First and Second deputies of the Presidency of the parliament to communicate with the federal and the regional governments to resolve problematic amount of oil exported to ensure the rights of the parties in accordance with the Constitution and the political consensus .

The statement added that the parliament is serious about approving the budget as soon as possible in the public interest and required benefits.

It is worth mentioning that the Tripartite Commission , which was mandated to negotiate in order to reach an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the issue of oil export from the region has announced yesterday , Sunday , it’s the failure to reach an agreement .

Baghdad insists that the region must export 400 000 barrels of crude oil a day through the national oil marketing company " SOMO " and deposit its revenue to the Development Fund for Iraq in New York .

While Kurdistan refused recently to export 100 000 barrels per day starting from the first of next April as a " good " gesture until they reached an agreement , which was welcomed by Baghdad .
