Shafaq News / A security source said on Tuesday, that three security personnel were injured as a result of two suicide bombings in Kirkuk ,north of Baghdad.

The security forces spotted two suicide bombers wearing two explosive belts before reaching the gate of Kirkuk Intelligence Directorate in Qadisiyah neighborhood and killed one of them, while the other detonated his explosive belt before reaching his target, the source told Shafaq News.

He added that the explosion wounded three members of the security forces with minor injuries.

"If we didn’t spot the two suicide bombers before reaching their target, a massacre would have occurred among the security forces of the directorate," he said.
