The member of the coalition, Ali Fayad told “Shafaq News ", that "The draft budget will face new complications because some political blocs are pressuring to get gains from the process of forming the government."

Fayad said that “the draft budget has been transferred in a natural way without agreements on the next parliament ."

The Iraqi parliament couldn’t approve the federal budget for 2014 until now due to disagreements among the political blocs on the terms and clauses contained in the law .

The Parliament has formed two committees , one triple and the other Quad of the various parliamentary bloc but they failed to reach a solution to the budget approval as a result of the dispute over the share of Kurdistan region , as the federal government seek to deduct part of it for lack of commitment by the region on payment of dues to oil exports , and compel it to export 400 000 barrels per day .
