Maliki calls winning blocs in election to dialogue to form the government

Maliki added "We want a strong government able to accomplish the requirements”.

Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki called on Wednesday , the parliament to speed up its sessions in order to approve the federal financial budget for the current year.

Nuri al-Maliki called also to enact international and local laws to take what he described as maximum penalties for collaborators and defenders of the armed groups and organizations, including al- Qaeda .

Al-Maliki said that the phenomenon of terrorism is spread in all countries , calling for the need to take full precautions by "citizens" and to cooperate with the security agencies in order to end the phenomenon of " terrorism ".
