, indicating its presence in the second reading paragraph of the federal budget depends on the outcome of the negotiations .

" Kurdistan Alliance bloc did not boycott the parliament’s sessions but boycotted the only paragraph of the federal budget ,” The vice president of the bloc, Mohsen al-Sadoun told “Shafaq News “.

" Our presence in tomorrow’s meeting for the second reading of the draft budget depends on the outcome of the negotiations to look out by the Tripartite Commission”.

He added , " We will not attend that parliament session to read the budget before it gets an amendment to its articles ."

The issue of the budget has sparked significant differences between the political forces , in particular between the State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Kurdistan Alliance , which accuses Baghdad of taking the region's share of the budget and put a condition to meet their demands to attend the sessions.
