Shafaq News / Special Brigade 61 in Kirkuk reported on Thursday that there are sleeper terrorist cells in the disputed governorate between Erbil and Baghdad.
The media of the brigade said in a statement today, "We are chasing the sleeper cells daily and arrest them."
This statement comes at a time when the governorate witnessed remarkable activity by ISIS during the past few days by launching attacks on security forces.
