The statement pointed out that ", the electoral process has been evaluated during the meeting especially as it enjoyed wide participation by the masses ; which confirms the Iraqi people keenness to go towards the path of democracy."

The statement quoted Jafari as saying that " the Iraqi National Alliance will continue its efforts in order to preserve the unity of the Iraqi people , and stay away from anything that might provoke differences , and focus on construction and development , which is reflected on the standard of living of the citizen."

He stressed that " Iraq needs concerted efforts of the forces and national symbols through collecting participants at the level of goals “.

The leaders of political blocs have increased their meetings after the end of the legislative elections at the end of last month to reach understandings and unite visions to form the next government .
