The Iraqi ambassador said in a speech in "Carnegie" institution in Washington that Iraq may accept more aid from Iran to counter the threat of  Islamic State of Iraq and Levant “ISIL” organization that controls several areas in Iraq.

Faili called on the United States to start air strikes against ISIL militants as "decisive" step against the militants.

 

The Iraqi ambassador to Washington warned by saying, "The time is not working in our favor and the delay will serve the terrorists only."
