Shafaq News/ The provincial council of Baghdad began on Monday to hold a session to elect a new local government as head of the capital to succeed the resigned , Falah al-Jazaeri.
An informed source told Shafaq News that verbal altercations took place during the election of the governor between the chairman of the council and a number of members.
