The Minister of State for Provincial Affairs , Torhan Mufti told “Shafaq News " , that " all projects in the provinces and ministries are disabled because of not approving the budget , which effected all fields."

Iraqi parliament and was not able till now to approve the federal budget for 2014 due to disagreements among the political blocs on the terms and clauses contained in the law .
