The member of the Committee and MP of Diyala , Nahida al-Daini told "Shafaq News" that “voting on the budget was unanimous away from the deals as all the demands of al- Iraqiya list were included in the budget and considered voting on the budget as a great victory for al- Iraqiya List.

Daini explained that "the parliament approved transferring a trillion and 300 billion dinars from the defense allocations to the provinces’ budget for the current year in addition to returning dismissed security personnel because of security information to their jobs as well as adopting assigning Awakening forces permanently regardless of procedures which excludes age and certificate to include all the Awakening force with their rights ".

The Iraqi parliament voted on Thursday on the federal budget, which sparked a lot of controversy, including a paragraph of the oil companies operating in Kurdistan Region issue.

The budget estimated for 2013 worth 138 trillion dinars (equivalent to 118.6 billion dollars).
