Shafaq News / The Crisis Cell in Al-Muthanna Governorate decided to close religious shrines for a limited period, while one checkpoint was specified to enter it, as precautionary measures against Corona virus.
The official Iraqi News Agency (conscious) stated, "The Crisis Cell in Muthanna decided to close all religious sites in the province for a period of 15 days."
It added that "the crisis cell in Al-Muthanna decided to limit the entry of arrivals to the province from al- Warka checkpoint and exit from several areas."
It is noteworthy that Muthanna province has not yet recorded any infection with Corona virus, along with the governorates of Basra, Dohuk, Salahuddin, Anbar, Al-Qadisiyah and Dhi Qar.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Ministry of Health announced yesterday, Friday, the confirmation of the diagnosis of eight new cases in Iraq: five injuries in Baghdad and two injuries in Sulaimaniyah, including the man who had died previously and was suspected of being injured and the eighth injury of a woman from Karbala suffering from several chronic diseases and underwent a recent surgery. She died later yesterday.
