Shafaq News / The Supreme religious authority ,Ali al-Sistani said on Friday that the investigation report on the previous demonstrations did not achieve its goal.

In a Friday sermon in Krabala , Abdul-Mahdi al-Karbalai read out Sistani's office statement, "It remains to point out that the published report on the results of the investigation into the bloodshed and the destruction of property that took place in previous demonstrations did not achieve the expected goal and did not disclose all the facts clearly to the opinion. It is now important that an independent judicial body be formed to follow up this issue and inform the public of the results of its investigation in a professional and transparent manner.
