“The Judge of the Central Investigating Court has moved this week to the Directorate of fight against terrorism and organized crime in Baghdad to follow up the files of detainees,” The spokesman of the judiciary Judge , Abdul Sattar Bayraktar stated in an interview with "Shafaq News”.

Bayraqdar added that the transition has resulted in the release of 91 suspects in terrorism who have not been convicted.

He pointed out that " the procedure has came according to orders by the Judiciary Chief Judge, Medhat al-Mahmoud on the need to move the field to stands for the purpose of speeding up the resolution of the detainee’s files and override any obstacles that may occur in this file .

The federal judiciary has earlier announced the achievements of Central Investigating Court for last March, asserting that the court decided to solve 1730 detainees files , while released 630 defendants who did not prove of being guilty on terrorism charges during this period .
