Shafaq News/ A fire broke out Wednesday morning in the "al-Hadaya" restaurant near al-Haboubi square in the center of al-Nasiriyah city, the local capital of Dhi Qar province in southern Iraq.

The fire broke out in the restaurant due to oil barrels burning of the bakery next to the restaurant, which led to the explosion of barrels and the intervention of civil defense teams to control the fire.

As hundreds of protesters are in al-Haboubi Square, where they have set up marquees for sit-ins.
