Unknown shooters open fire in a neighborhood in Jalawla
Shafaq News / A security source in Diyala reported that shooters believed to be from ISIS opened fire in a neighborhood in Jalawla, wounding a security officer.
The source informed Shafaq News Agency that a force rushed to the scene.
