Shafaq News/ A man was reportedly killed in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Baquba, Diyala's capital city, earlier today, Tuesday.
A source told Shafaq News Agency that the explosion happened inside a house under construction, killing a young worker ( born in 1998).
The source indicated that the victim's family filed a lawsuit against two suspects at the Othmania police station.
